Shipping
We ship from New York (USA) daily during business day. We ship via UPS Ground and USPS depending on your location and the weight/size of the package. We ship to all of US, Canada, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand. Please use the dropdown on checkout to select your country and shipping method.
Payment

We accept credit card payment and PayPal. Please call us at our toll free number 800-704-0955 (or 914-241-0294) if you would like to make a transaction over the phone.

Acknowledgement

We process payment information daily and send out payment acknowledgements along with a shipping schedule. Orders are sent within 24 to 48 hours upon payment.
Tracking/Delivery Confirmation
We send out UPS tracking or USPS Delivery Confirmation when we ship. UPS tracking comes directly from UPS Quantumview. This information will be sent to your PayPal registered email address.
Warranty & Return
We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for up to 1 year after purchase. We will replace or repair products/parts within the warranty period.
You can contact us to obtain a RMA for return by email or phone call.

Sales Tax
For New York State address, we will collect 8.3% sales tax for both the merchandise and shipping & handling. If you're a New York tax-exempt organization, please contact us for a refund of the sales tax.
